We believe that every person - of an elderly age or with a disability - deserves the very best care and support with freedom of choice and that their families and carers are both confident and comfortable with the support loved ones are receiving from our Supported Independent Living and in-home services.
Company Directors, Mandi and Sam, have many years' experience as disability support workers, both holding the Certificate IV in Disability, among other qualifications including First Aid and CPR, Medication Assist, NDIS Worker Screenings and Supporting People to Stay Infection Free.
We understand, respect and welcome diversity while supporting participants to take part in daily life activities out in the community, in their own homes and at our comfy, cosy SIL property on the Mornington Peninsula and share the same vision and passion for providing quality community access care.
We offer a fun, wholesome and engaging approach and provide a safe, holistic and nurturing living environment that empowers our participants. We understand that by giving them the best support that is tailored to their needs, it gives them a sense of belonging and the confidence to learn and practice different skills.

Located in a quiet court in Hastings we currently have 3 vacancies for 3 harmonious housemates. Each of their bedrooms has brand new electrically adjustable massage feature single beds and TV with Netflix/Prime etc. There are 2 living/lounge areas with sliding barn doors for privacy and down time and housemates will share a bathroom and separate toilet.
A large back garden is where we enjoy marshmallows by the firepit, make pizzas in the renovated kitchen to cook in the pizza oven and kick a ball around (if you so wish!) We do have neighbours bordering the back fence but if you have a powerful shot, don't worry - we can pop next door to the parkland where you can kick your footy as far as you want!
Anyone who is familiar with us at Your Home, You're Home, knows we are not new to the support game. With qualifications and many years' experience with out-in-the-community support and respite, we wanted to go the extra golden mile that has resulted in us now being able to offer SIL.
